We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused  Recruiting Operations Specialist to provide essential administrative and operational support for our strategic client partnerships. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and compliant  recruitment process, from generating complex offer letters to coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication. What You'll Do:
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client recruiters, providing consultative assistance throughout the offer and interview process.
  • Prepare complex offer documentation accurately and in strict accordance with compliance and legal standards.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of complex global interview scheduling and meeting logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Engage with candidates and hiring managers, providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all recruiting activities and workflows within multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring recruitment process compliance and system administration.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of requests, consistently meeting service level agreements.
  • Collaborate on special projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruiting operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid experience and confidence with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams), Slack, and/or Google products (Calendars, e-mail, Sheets, etc).
  • Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience, specifically iCIMS and Eightfold are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven record of follow-through.
  • A strong customer service mindset and a process-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to take direction and execute a plan effectively.

The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $38,010-$51,450this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
