About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Recruiter fluent in Romanian to join a dynamic and growing team supporting IT consulting and payment systems recruitment. This is a remote position based in Romania, focused on sourcing and screening top IT talent, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce and fintech sectors. You will be the key Romanian-speaking recruiter, collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal teams to deliver high-quality candidates that meet stringent client standards.


What you’ll do:

• Source, screen, and engage high-quality IT candidates, particularly for payment systems and e-commerce roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions, maintaining high standards of candidate experience
• Utilize Workday and Outlook systems to track candidates and maintain recruitment documentation
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal Talent Acquisition teams and stakeholders
• Work mostly remotely, with occasional visits to the client office in Romania
• Meet quarterly KPIs and contribute to recruitment success, impacting bonus rewards

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in IT sourcing and recruitment, ideally within consulting or fintech domains
• Fluency in Romanian and strong communication skills in English
• Confident and proactive approach to problem-solving and managing multiple roles
• Familiarity with Workday and other recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with teams
• Resilient and adaptable mindset with a high attention to detail
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high client standards
