Randstad Sourceright is a subsidiary of the Randstad Group that assists large national and international companies by managing all or part of their temporary staffing processes within their human resources department.

We are searching for a Senior Talent Sourcer (French-Speaking) you will support our client, one of our biggest clients in the pharmaceutical industry by delivering a premium sourcing process. 

Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work from home. Our team meets once a week at the Budapest office located in Gateway Office Park (Dunavirág u. 2, 1138). For those with a commute of two hours or more, we only require you to be in the office twice a month.

 What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each open role
• Source & screen & application management for the best talent & find the best - able to adapt sourcing techniques to different roles and be able to source using various channels
• Work very closely with Talent Advisors to find the best candidates for the open positions
• Conducting phone or video call screening calls
• Shortlisting candidates
• Guiding the hiring community through the hiring process by sharing market data and trends
• Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
• Attending weekly calls/catch ups with the hiring managers to share updates regarding the sourcing process

 Who we are looking for:

• Fluency in both in French and English (both spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a similar position - experience in sourcing talent is a must
• Experience in recruiting in the pharma industry is a plus
• Experience working with an ATS; familiarity with Phenom or SuccessFactors is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and forward-thinking mindset.
• Good at time management
