Randstad Sourceright is a subsidiary of the Randstad Group that assists large national and international companies by managing all or part of their temporary staffing processes within their human resources department.

As a Talent Advisor (with French), you'll be the main point of contact for our French clients, managing all temporary staffing projects. Based in our Budapest office, this role requires you to be a neutral liaison between hiring managers and recruitment agencies. You must be fluent in both English and French.

Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work from home. Our team meets once a week at the Budapest office located in Gateway Office Park (Dunavirág u. 2, 1138). For those with a commute of two hours or more, we only require you to be in the office twice a month.

What you will do:

  • Manage client and supplier (recruitment agencies) relationships throughout the entire process.
  • Handle our client's temporary staffing requests
  • Ensure the proper distribution and processing of requests with approved suppliers.
  • Review and ensure the compliance of temporary worker contracts.
  • Approve temporary employee hours and verify invoices from suppliers for accuracy
  • Produce reporting statements and monitor supplier performance.

What we would like you to have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, customer service, and administration, specifically within the French market.
  • Previous experience in a temporary staffing agency is a plus but not required.
  • You are proactive and skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring high-quality service for both clients and suppliers.
  • Proficient with the Google Drive suite, and Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.
  • You're a team player who wants to be part of a positive, motivated, and close-knit group.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll be the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, candidates, and internal teams.
  • You have a strong ability to identify client needs and the confidence to deliver on them, decline when necessary, or adjust expectations as needed.

What we can offer in return:

  • An empathetic culture and supportive leadership who prioritize your well-being and personal development
  • Ability to grow in multiple areas in the company
  • Being part of a culture of inclusion and belonging: we value the diversity that our people bring to our workplace and communities
  • We appreciate your hard work by providing a competitive salary, with a comprehensive benefits package (Cafeteria, attractive bonus system, additional annual leaves, private health insurance, home office, working abroad…etc.)
  • Participate in exciting Team Building events (e.g. Christmas party, Pride, Charity Day, BarStad, etc.)
  • A career at Randstad Sourceright means pushing boundaries to do things differently: that’s why here you won’t just do a job, you’ll develop a career
